All set to kick off another marvelous month, and the quadrennial wait has been too long for some of us. As the opening ceremony is set to begin, the cameras are sweeping the crowds before the action starts, and all I can think of is 'My God Brasilians are gorgeous.' I might have just as much fan people-staring as I might watching the beautiful game. I only wish I was there. Joga Bonito meus amigos!
OPENING CEREMONY
-Apparently the Ents have invaded Sao Paolo. Now two tulips are jumping on a trampoline. I realize this is incredibly american touristy of me to say, but Where are all the sexy people doing samba?! After some capoeira, 19th century dancing, soccer ball people, and a couple other things im not sure about, Out come Pitbull and JLo. Theres a lot of sexiness happening in Sao Paolo right now. The wonderful thing about Brasil is that the party isn't going to start until the selecao take the pitch. If its anywhere near as moving as the Brasilian national anthem during the Confederations Cup final last year, I'd be very afraid if I was Croatia.
